CERCC assists clients with Fair Work hearings or conferences for formal proceedings an applicant has made to the Commission. Mediation

CERCC provides mediation support services for informal and flexible dispute resolution processes. CERCC’s role is to guide the parties toward their own resolution. We will assist with negotiations of offers, counter offers, questions, demands, and proposals between both sides to help the parties move to resolution.
